NIESC Food Service Consortium Meeting Information

The NIESC Food Service Consortium meet monthly through-out the school year to discuss, plan and initiate procurement for school food, provide staff-development opportunities to school food service personnel, and to collaborate on state and USDA guidelines on nutrition and what is trending in the industry.  The meetings are open to all NIESC and all other Indiana ESC Members.  Non-member school food service personnel are also welcome to attend to receive staff development hours at their discretion. Agendas will be sent via a secure link to all registered participants to each meeting.

NIESC strives to provide members with these meeting opportunities to grow our school's knowledge in school food service and to support cost-saving purchasing options via our School Food RFP's to meet all state and USDA procurement requirements.

Vendors: If you are a vendor and wish to inquire about attending a future meeting, please contact Lisa Abell at NIESC to submit a request for approval. Your request will be reviewed and replied to as soon as possible. Attendance is permitted at the discretion of NIESC and the Food Service Consortium's discretion.
