Bring the stars to life in your classroom with our portable, digital planetarium!

Reserve the Digitarium for your school today!

  NIESC has a Digitariun available to lend out for free to member schools to serve students throughout Northern and Northwest Indiana.

 

You have the opportunity to experience some of the following:

  • Demonstrating Earth’s rotation
  • View the night sky, constellations and exerience solar/lunar eclipses
  • Visit planets up close
  • Take a trip around the sun
  • Use integrated stories to guide lessons or create your own

 

In order to use the digitarium, instructors must have completed a training session. The Digitarium can be reserved for up to two weeks (consecutively or not). Dates are reserved on a first come, first-served basis and you are responsible for scheduling transporataion of the Digitarium to and from the NIESC offices in Mishawaka.
