Delivered once a month, the program features a convenient hybrid schedule consisting of 4 in-person sessions and 6 virtual sessions via Zoom. Designed to simplify daily responsibilities, this training provides comprehensive guidance on USDA meal patterns and required food components to ensure strict state compliance and consistent audit readiness. Beyond the serving line, managers receive practical training on crucial back-office tasks, including efficient ordering processes and effective staff management techniques.
