On-Site Professional Learning & Consulting Services

Tailored support for educators. Maximizing student achievement.

A diverse group of people are gathered around a table in a bright office setting.

We know professional development is an integral part of education...but we also know budgets are tight and it can be difficult to find substitutes. While we will continue to offer off-site professional learning opportunities, we are happy to bring the professional development to you! With our on-site consulting services, we are able to tailor support to how and when you want it. Whether it’s full-day, half-day, or even turning prep times, we can support you and your educators on your schedule.

What kind of support? Whatever you need. Some of our offerings include:

  • Curriculum Implementation
  • Curriculum Mapping and Alignment
  • Writing: Research/Constructed Response, Extended Response, Genre Writing
  • Adolescent Literacy
  • Science of Reading / Tier 1 Best Practices
  • Disciplinary Literacy
  • ILEARN: Data Analysis and Action Plans
  • RtI / MTSS Structures and Systems

Don’t see what you need? Please reach out. We would love the opportunity to support your educators. If you have a need we can’t meet, we have a strong network of professionals ready to collaborate. To learn more, contact Cassie Scarsella.

We believe in the power of collaboration. With our monthly Study Councils, principals and curriculum directors have the opportunity to hear and learn from one another, while also staying informed with the most up-to-date information from the IDOE. This monthly session creates a space to share and brainstorm together with others who are navigating the same requirements and looking for ways to best support staff and students.

For the 2025-2026 school year, some of the session topics included:

Accountability Model

Graduation Requirements

ILEARN Checkpoints

Tiered Math Legislation

Student Safety

K-2 Math Screener

Middle School Advanced Math Coursework

Updates from the legislative session

Whether it’s a guest speaker or simply open conversation, this is valuable time. We welcome all of our members to join us for the 2026-2027 sessions!

ILEARN Cadre

Supporting Educators with Tools & Resources for ILEARN Success.

A compass points towards the word 'SUCCESS'.

ILEARN is a topic of conversation across school communities. Staying up-to-date with the most important information and resources can be tough. That’s why we formed the ILEARN Cadre. This cadre meets virtually each month from September through February to share updates, hear from IDOE representatives, and provide tools that support educators. We cover all relevant ILEARN topics, from big picture test administration logisitics to the granular details on the Item Specification Sheets.

Best of all, these recorded sessions and all resources (slide decks, links, etc.) are stored and easily accessible to all cadre members for the duration of the school year. Even if you can’t join us live, you have access to all the information and resources for when it fits your schedule.

Preparing students for ILEARN success is imporant work. It’s also hard work. We’re here to help.
