Indiana ESC School Food Co-op

The Indiana ESC School Food Co-op is a collaborative network of over 110 member districts serving more than 170,000 students.  By combining the purchasing volume of six Educational Service Centers (ESCs), the co-op helps schools save time and money by managing the formal procurement process for contracts including cafeteria food, USDA commodities, dairy, and bakery items . Membership is a free benefit for schools within the Northern Indiana ESC, Northwest Indiana ESC, East Central ESC, Wabash Valley ESC, Wilson ESC and Region 8 ESC.

Food Service Consultant Program

The NIESC Food Service Consultant Program provides tailored solutions to help schools deliver nutritious, high-quality, and cost-effective meals. Led by our team of industry professionals, we ensure your department operates with peak efficiency and full regulatory compliance.  Additionally, our exclusive Mentorship Program provides new directors with one-on-one guidance and professional oversight for a flat annual fee.
